"Over the past 18 years in technology consulting I have continued to develop skills and build upon my experience to truly understand what it takes to realize lasting and sustainable change within an enterprise. My early career focused on developing technical depth and expertise. The middle of my career focused on bridging the gap between business problems and technical problems. The last third of my career has been focused on combining my passion for people development, leadership, and continuous improvement to the application of solving business problems for my clients (and their clients) through the use of technology."
